How to save the US economy
Sell the Virgin Islands to Richard Branson.
Now it won't completely solve the problem, but it'll go a long way towards paying down our debt. And since he always names everything Virgin anyway... less work for him!
Maybe we should just go whole hog and have him buy the US.

That makes so much sense..how much do you think that they could get for them? Gee, think of the URL domain that Branson could inherit?
While they're at it they could sell Alaska back to the Ruskies..as long as they include the Gov as part of the deal!
